Each cut undergoes direct importation and processing at our USDA-approved facility, subject to rigorous quality control inspections. Since our products originate from naturally diverse cattle breeds, occasional variations in shape, size, and weight may occur. Minor discrepancies may be noticeable depending on the product type and the aging process; however, these natural variations are completely normal and do not affect the quality of the product.
