Ingredients:

  • 500g ground Wagyu beef
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 4 burger buns, halved
  • 100g blue cheese, crumbled
  • 1 large onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions:

  1. Divide the ground beef into four equal portions and shape each into a patty. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
  2. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat. Cook patties to your desired doneness.
  3. In a separate pan, melt the butter and sauté onions until they turn golden and caramelized.
  4. To assemble, place a patty on each bun, top with crumbled blue cheese, and caramelized onions. Place the other half of the bun on top and serve.
