Shipping Policy
1.1 Shipping Schedule
Orders placed on Monday will ship on Tuesday.
Orders placed on Tuesday will ship on Wednesday.
Orders placed from Wednesday to Sunday will ship on the following Monday.
Orders will be processed and shipped the day after they are placed, provided it falls on a shipping day.

1.2 Shipping Options
All packages are shipped with reputable third-party couriers for fast express delivery.

1 to 2 Business Days (Monday-Wednesday)

Shipping methods: Free shipping for orders worth $500 and above.
2 Day Shipping or Overnight Priority Shipping (Monday-Wednesday)

1.3 Shipping Restrictions
We cannot ship internationally outside the United States.

1.4 Shipping Information
All steaks are shipped frozen in an insulated shipping box with freezer packs. Dry ice is also used when necessary.
This will keep your steaks at a safe temperature for up to four days while shipping.
Products will arrive frozen or may be partially thawed.

1.5 Tracking Information
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation for your order and a separate email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

2.2 Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure that you enter the correct shipping information for your order to guarantee its safe arrival. Wagyu Affair is not responsible for any loss of goods due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

2.3 PO Boxes
Wagyu affair inc will not ship to PO boxes.

2.4 Shipping Delays and Carrier Mishandling
Wagyu Affair inc is not responsible for any order delays due to product availability, shipping delays, or carrier mishandling. If an issue arises, we may send your order with a different carrier. We will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of any delays.

2.5 Damaged Packaging and Missing Deliveries
Wagyu Affair inc is not responsible for any damaged packaging due to FedEx, UPS, or GLS shipping mishandling.
If the shipper shows "Delivered" but the package is not there, please contact Wagyu Affair Inc within 4 hours of the stamped delivery time for us to handle the situation.
Otherwise, we cannot accept responsibility for any mishaps.
Shipping costs are non-refundable as unforeseen delays can occur.

Wagyu Affair does not issue refunds once an order has been accepted.
