Stone Axe Wagyu is renowned for its award-winning Australian Full Blood Wagyu beef, achieving back-to-back titles as Grand Champion in the Wagyu Branded Beef Awards. The cattle are raised across several breeding farms in New South Wales and Victoria, Australia, under the management of Stone Axe’s own staff. 

These farms are situated at high altitudes, providing an ideal climate for breeding and raising Full Blood Japanese Black Wagyu. 

The story of Stone Axe begins in the early 1990s with entrepreneur Chris Walker, who imported the prized Wagyu genetics into Australia via the USA, establishing a legacy continued by the company today.
