MASAMI CATTLE RANCH

Location and History: Masami Cattle Ranch was founded by Masami Ishida in June 1988 and is located on 6,500 acres of land in Northern California. The ranch specializes in raising Wagyu Bull, Cow, and Calves in a free-range environment and has its own Wagyu breeding program.

Feeding and Care: The ranch follows a special grain diet based on a Japanese feeding program, ensuring all animals are fed healthily without antibiotics, growth hormones, or animal by-products. Feeding is conducted both manually and mechanically, ensuring all animals eat healthily. Masami Cattle Ranch handles all stages of animal care from birth to feeding, avoiding any stress by not transferring them to other facilities.

Meat Packing and Quality Assurance: In March 1992, Masami established a meat packing facility in Klamath Falls, Oregon, where the meat is cut and boxed by professional staff. The ranch promises top-quality beef, meeting "Never Ever" and "Natural" requirements, ensuring no antibiotics, growth hormones, or animal by-products are used. Their Wagyu beef is known for its rich flavor and marbling, delivering an exceptional dining experience.

Breeding Program: The ranch’s breeding program includes crossing Wagyu bulls with Angus cows to produce F1 calves, which are then further bred to enhance Wagyu qualities. The feeding program is divided into stages, starting from mother's milk to different types of growth feeds, ensuring simple and healthy development.
