

Wagyu Stir Fry with Vegetables

Ingredients:
- 300g Wagyu beef, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, snap peas)
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
Instructions:
- In a large pan or wok, heat the sesame oil over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and ginger and sauté until fragrant.
- Add thinly sliced Wagyu beef to the pan, stirring frequently until it's browned but not fully cooked.
- Add the mixed vegetables and pour in the soy sauce. Stir-fry for 4-5 minutes or until vegetables are just tender and the beef is cooked.
- Serve hot, preferably with steamed rice or noodles.
