Ingredients:

  • 300g Wagyu beef, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, snap peas)
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced

Instructions:

  1. In a large pan or wok, heat the sesame oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add thinly sliced Wagyu beef to the pan, stirring frequently until it's browned but not fully cooked.
  4. Add the mixed vegetables and pour in the soy sauce. Stir-fry for 4-5 minutes or until vegetables are just tender and the beef is cooked.
  5. Serve hot, preferably with steamed rice or noodles.
