Ingredients:

  • 500g ground Wagyu beef
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 jar tomato sauce (approximately 500ml)

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, beaten egg, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Shape the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs.
  3. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the meatballs on all sides.
  4. Once browned, pour the tomato sauce over the meatballs.
  5. Reduce the heat to low, cover the skillet, and let it simmer for 15-20 minutes or until meatballs are cooked through.
  6. Serve hot with pasta or bread.
