

Wagyu Skewers with Chimichurri Sauce
Kicking off the BBQ season with a bang! These skewers aren't just any skewers—they're Wagyu beef skewers. With the zesty chimichurri sauce by their side, they're set to be the star of your next BBQ party.
Ingredients:
- 300g Wagyu beef, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water
Chimichurri Sauce:
- 1 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
Instructions:
- In a bowl, marinate Wagyu beef cubes with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Let sit for 15-20 minutes.
- Thread the beef cubes onto the pre-soaked wooden skewers.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Grill skewers for 2-3 minutes on each side or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
