Ingredients:

  • 300g Wagyu beef, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • Wooden skewers, soaked in water

Chimichurri Sauce:

  • 1 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, marinate Wagyu beef cubes with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Let sit for 15-20 minutes.
  2. Thread the beef cubes onto the pre-soaked wooden skewers.
  3. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  4. Grill skewers for 2-3 minutes on each side or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
  5. For the sauce, combine all chimichurri ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Adjust seasoning if necessary.
  6. Serve the skewers hot, drizzled with the chimichurri sauce.
