Ingredients:

  • 1 pound Wagyu ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 8 small tortillas
  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • Lime wedges

Instructions:

  1. Preheat a pan over medium heat. Add the Wagyu ground beef to the hot pan, breaking it up with a spoon.
  2. Sprinkle the sea salt, pepper, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika over the meat. Stir well to combine and continue cooking until the beef is browned and cooked through.
  3. While the beef is cooking, warm your tortillas on a grill or in a pan over medium heat. Keep them warm by wrapping them in a cloth or placing them in a tortilla warmer.
  4. Once the beef is cooked and the tortillas are warmed, assemble your tacos. Spread a spoonful of the Wagyu beef on each tortilla. Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, chopped fresh cilantro, and diced onions.
  5. Squeeze a wedge of lime over each taco for an added zing. Serve your Wagyu beef tacos immediately and enjoy.
