Ingredients:

• 2 Miyazaki Wagyu steaks

• Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

• 2 tablespoons olive oil

• 1 cup mushrooms, sliced

• 2 cloves garlic, minced

• 1/2 cup beef broth

• 1/2 cup heavy cream

•Fresh thyme leaves

Instructions:

1. Season the Miyazaki Wagyu steaks with salt and pepper.

2. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steaks and cook to your desired level of doneness. Remove from the skillet and let rest.

3. In the same skillet, add the mushrooms and garlic. Sauté until the mushrooms are browned.

4. Add the beef broth to the skillet, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom.

5. Stir in the heavy cream and thyme. Reduce the heat to low and let the sauce simmer until it thickens.

6.Serve the Miyazaki Wagyu steaks with the mushroom sauce on top. Enjoy with a side of mashed potatoes and a green salad.
